"Very poor service and third class service. They are not able to fulfill the orders on time. They keep on delaying the order as if they are selling some groceries. They don't understand the urgency of delivering medicine on time. If they provide any timeline for delivering the medicine, they never able to deliver it on time and usually takes more than 6-7 hours what they actually commit. The delivery person has also delivered the medicine at wrong address and then they kept on asking the payment over whatsapp. Such chemist shops who doesn't understand the urgency of medicines should be ashamed ."

Today, I called seeking urgent delivery of medicines due to severe pain. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being only 5 minutes away from my location, I waited for 20 minutes without any update. When I inquired, I was informed that it would take a whole hour. "I had ordered lots of medicines from ajay medicals sec 37over the months N years since I live in sec 37. Today on 28th July 2024 I had to return some unused, uncut medicine strips bought a few days ago from them.and buy some other medicine instead .they refused to return medicine strips or refund the money or adjust with the other medicine i needed.i had all the bills on WhatsApp as they deal on whatsapps of bills n upi payments..I showed them every detail.. they refused to refund money. They made my boy stand for 45 min..I was very unwell, still i personally went n they were like roadside gundas n high handed team of staff.i argued n reasoned for almost 40 min for my refund or changed medicine adjustment. They refused to help with everything..n had horrible behaviour on top of it.. NEVER EVER WILL I DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE STORE WITH UGLY STAFF.. PEOPLE SHUD BOYCOTT SUCH A CHEMIST. After that I came home and put this whole incident on colony sec 37 WhatsApp group .im shocked at how many ppl are disgusted with ajay medicals as a chemist. So many ppl have bad things to say about them n the staffs behaviour..im shocked. They are too high handed n rude n almost like local goons running this shop.. Most ppl in 37 have shifted to Apollo or goyal chemist or Jagdish medi ways I just came to know.. Good riddance to bad rubbish"

"Ajay medical shop in Noida Lal Market is a worst medical shop in Noida . The staff seemed indifferent to customers' needs. I bought a medicine and wanted to return it ,as the doctor changed the medicine but inspite of telling the date of invoice the staff refused to adjust the bill with the new medicine saying “we do not give cash”. The license of such medicine owners must be evoked . They are exploiting the customers. Plz don’t buy medicine from such pharmacy"
